Since then, occupancy of the cottage has been intermittent, the building falling into a state of disrepair. St Andrews cottage was renovated, with the guidance of Heritage Scotland, between 2003-2005 and now offers a charming mixture of traditional home, with all modern conveniences.

St Andrews Cottage is situated within a quiet, but central location, combining all the benefits of peaceful living, with easy access to a bustling market town.
