A two bed roomed, self- contained holiday accommodation which
is part of a recently converted steading. Situated on a small farm off
a quiet public road, yet only minutes from the thriving town of Inverurie.
Inverurie is 16 miles north west of the heart of the beautiful city of Aberdeen and only 14 miles from Aberdeen's Dyce Airport. Inverurie has excellent road and rail links to Aberdeen and the North of Scotland.
Lower Middleton Self Catering Accommodation
This newly completed accommodation is furnished to a high standard and, with a wood burning stove, provides up to four guests the perfect home from home.
Lower Middleton has two large bedrooms both with built-in wardrobes. The double bedroom is downstairs and has a memory foam mattress. The two singles are located upstairs in a gallery bedroom.
There is the opportunity for an additional single 'put up' bed by arrangement. A travel cot is available for the youngest member of the family. The accommodation sleeps 4 very comfortably.
Children are welcome at Lower Middleton where a travel cot, high chair and stair gate are available.
The living area features a semi open plan kitchen/living area with a wood burning stove and wonderful views across the North East countryside. The kitchen is fully equipped to the highest standard with halogen double oven, dishwasher and washing machine.
The kitchen is fully equipped – electric halogen double oven, microwave, washing machine, fridge (with freezer compartment) and dishwasher. An iron with ironing board and hairdryer along with a full supply of linen and towels ensures your stay is perfectly enjoyable.
The shower room (no bath), off the living area, has a double size shower enclosure for comfortable bathing.
Seating on the covered decking overlooks the enclosed garden with garden bench. Lower Middleton has oil fired central heating and a wood burning stove, with logs supplied.
Lower Middleton has WiFi internet access.

Pet Policy
Pets are welcome by arrangement and on payment of a small additional fee.
Very well behaved pets are welcome by prior arrangement, but please note
this is a small working farm so they must be kept under control at all
times.
No more than two dogs are allowed. Sorry but dogs must remain off the beds and seating and visitors are liable to pay for any damage caused by dogs such as chewed chair legs. Any fouling in the gardens should be cleared. You may use our Woodland trail to exercise your pet.
Arrival and Departure
To vacate the property by 11.00 hrs latest on the final day of let, unless
otherwise agreed with the owners. Guest arrival time is from 15.00 hrs.

DIRECTIONS
Getting There by Car:
From Aberdeen on A96, to Inverurie stay on the A96 to the second/last
Inverurie roundabout. Left at roundabout, signposted Burnhervie and on
the brown signs JG Ross restaurant. Pass JG Ross straight ahead at roundabout.
Take first road on right after roundabout signposted Dubston/Balquhain. After 1.5 miles accommodation is on left, just after green farm shed and before sharp right turn.
Getting There by Railway:
Inverurie station 3 miles, taxi and parking at station.
Getting there by Aeroplane:
Aberdeen (Dyce) Airport 14 miles, taxi & car hire at airport.
