Hawick hotel A quiet guest house in a lovely area. Hopehill Guest House enjoys panoramic views over the town of Hawick and the surrounding hills.

Beautifully furnished but with inexpensive rates, it is quiet and secluded (private parking) though only a short walking distance from town.

You can be sure of first-class service from owners Bill and Anne Borthwick. Hopehill is a family run Guest House which provides a warm welcome for visitors on business or here for pleasure.

Hosts Anne and Bill will ensure you have a pleasant relaxed stay in our traditional Victorian mansion house with its large comfortably furnished rooms. Set in an acre of rambling gardens, but only 5 minutes from the town. Hopehill is a peaceful and central haven. We have private secure parking and garaging for motorbikes and cycles.

DIRECTIONS
Getting there from the Information Centre:

From Hawick Tourist Information Centre leaving Drumlanrigs Tower, town left to Sandbed, go round roundabout over bridge continue straight up the hill to Princess Street, turn left into Dickson Street,then first right, into Mayfield Drive, Turn left immediately in front of Mayfield Pub. Follow drive up to Hopehill. If in doubt please telephone.

Getting There by Railway:
From Carlisle by car follow route north then A7 for Hawick. Berwick on Tweed follow signs for Kelso, then Hawick.

Getting there by Aeroplane:
From Edinburgh Airport take south route then A7 Galashiels. Newcastle Upon Tyne take A698 to Jedburgh, then A698 to Hawick.

Getting There by Ferry:
From Newcastle Upon Tyne follow signs for Jedburgh, 2 miles north Jedburgh turn off and follow signs for Hawick.

From Rosyth, head for Edinburgh, head south on A7 towards Galashiels, then A7 to Hawick.
