Hawick hotel Welcome to the Elm House Hotel!

This popular hotel is under the personal supervision of the Redpath family who guarantee a warm welcome with comfortable rooms, friendly atmosphere, guest bar and dining room.

The Elm House Hotel is centrally situated in the old town of Hawick with private parking and is an ideal base from which to tour the Scottish Borders. Lovely scenery and many points of local interest will guarantee your stay with us is a memorable one.

Elm House Accommodation

The Elm House is under the supervision of the Redpath family who guarantee you a warm welcome to their Guest House which they have owned for the last 6 years. The Elm House is situated in the town centre of Hawick and has it's own private car park at the rear of the building.

We have 16 En-suite rooms so we are able to cater for the larger parties, we have 2 twin rooms and 2 single rooms at ground level which are suitable for people who are unable to manage the stairs.

There has been an ongoing programme of re-decoration so all the rooms are fresh, bright and comfortable.

We can cater for the single visitor through to smaller parties offering single, twin, double, triple and family sized rooms. All rooms have television and tea making facilities. All have a private bathroom or shower.

About Hawick
Hawick is a town of some 15,000 people situated in the beautiful Scottish Borders it is an ideal base for walking, golfing, horse riding, archery, fishing and visiting local castles, abbeys, country estates and gardens.

Hawick is steeped in history and is famous for its knitwear, rugby and common riding which is held at the beginning of June and was once quoted as being one of the best parties in the world.

DIRECTIONS
Getting there from the Information Centre:

On leaving Drumlanrigs Tower, turn left at the Sandbed, go straight across the roundabout, over the bridge and continue on this road until you reach the next round about. Take the 3rd exit and continue until the next roundabout and take the 4th exit onto Bourtree place.

The hotel car park is on the right hand side opposite Wetherspoons.
