The house is warm and welcoming with double glazing, oil central heating and an open fire. Flat screen TV with Sky connection and DVD in the lounge.

The house is well equipped with a modern kitchen with electric oven, hob, microwave and dishwasher. The utility room houses the washing machine and tumble dryer.

The three bedrooms can accommodate a family easily with extra space for additional guests in the lounge. The main bedroom has a king size bed, twin beds in the second bedroom and a single in the smallest bedroom. A travel cot is also available. Family bathroom with shower upstairs and a toilet downstairs.

There is a small enclosed garden and parking for two cars. Short Breaks welcome. Quiet location, yet close to the town centre.

Attractions and Activities
Grantown on Spey is a historical town within the Cairngorm National Park. Woodland walks are just round the corner from the house and the surrounding area provides both cycling and walking routes for all abilities.

For the sporting enthusiast skiing and winter sports are available at both the Lecht and Cairngorm Ski resorts. Golf, fishing, shooting, climbing, canoeing, off road driving, swimming and much more can be arranged nearby.

Historical interest is provided by the castles in the area and a visit to at least one of the many distilleries is a must. The children will enjoy a trip to Landmark in nearby Carrbridge and Aviemore provides more entertainment including dry skiing and dry sledging.

Getting there from the Information Centre:

Turn left – at the traffic lights turn left - turn left again – just past the school which is on the right you will see a cul-de-sac on the left. No 7 Strathspey Lodges is the house nearest the road with the green fence.

Getting There by Car:
From Aviemore follow signs to Grantown on Spey. At the first traffic lights turn right then first left. Just past the school on the left is a cul-de-sac. No 7 Strathspey Lodges is the house nearest the road with the green fence.

Getting There by Railway:
Travel by rail to Aviemore then take the bus or taxi to Grantown on Spey. At the first traffic lights turn right then first left. Just past the school on the left is a cul-de-sac. No 7 Strathspey Lodges is the house nearest the road with the green fence.

Getting there by Aeroplane:
The nearest airport is Inverness – from the airport travel to Inverness then south on the A9 until the turning for Carrbridge on the left. Travel through Carrbridge then left at the junction. Continue to the sign for Grantown on Spey.

Getting There by Ferry:
From the Ferry Port travel to Inverness then take the A9 south. Turn left at the junction for Carrbridge. Travel through Carrbridge then turn left at the junction and continue to Grantown on Spey.
