warm highland welcome awaits you at Gowan Brae, which was built at the
turn of the 20th century and is situated on the hillside above the town
overlooking Loch Linnhe and the Treislaig Hills.
They offer two double ensuite rooms and one twin room with private facilities (2 x single beds with bathroom outwits bedroom but for use by twin room occupants only.)
Parking is available in the two driveways adjacent to the house and an undercover storage area is available for motorbikes and bicycles. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
An extensive breakfast menu including vegetarian options is on offer and particular attention is paid to the quality and presentation of food served in our antique themed dining room.

Rooms 1 and 2 overlook Loch Linnhe and Treslaig Hills whilst Room 3 looks
out into the tiered garden at the rear of the house.
Off street parking is available in two driveways adjacent to the house. If you are leaving by bus or train on the day of departure, leave your luggage at Gowan Brae and we will deliver to either station at an agreed time.

Getting there from the Information Centre
Walking: Exit the shop and turn right. Walk to the end
of the pedestrian High Street and you will see the seated Bronze Statue
of a weary walker. Follow the road behind the statue and within 20m take
the steps up hill on your right. At the top turn right and find Gowan
Brae some 30m on the left.
By Car: Take A82 going south to West End Roundabout -
left up Lundavra Road - 2nd left into Union Road. House on right hand
side after traffic calmer.
