This is a charming cottage, which comfortably accommodates 4
people. Set in it's own enclosed garden, in a rural setting overlooking
the River Lossie, it is an ideal place to relax and enjoy the sunny days.
The Moray Firth is renowned for it's dry, sunny climate and it's glorious sandy beaches are a half hour drive away. It is ideal for family or sporting holidays.
Golf courses abound and it is great for walking, cycling, fishing or following the Whisky Trail and exploring Castle country.
Manse Cottage Accommodation
It was completely modernized in 2006 and has an open plan kitchen and dining room with a picture window overlooking the river.
The kitchen is equipped with electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. In the sitting room there is a colour television with freeview, a video player and a CD/radio.
The comfortable sitting room has an open fire for which logs are provided. Outside there is garden furniture and a barbeque and a rotary clothes dryer.
The cottage sleeps 4 in two bedrooms, one double and one twin and there is a large bathroom with a shower over the bath. Storage for coats and boots etc. is in the hall and porch.
Rent includes electricity, bed linen and towels and logs for the open fire. Parking for 2 cars within the garden. Dogs welcome by arrangement.

DIRECTIONS
Getting there from the Information Centre:
From Forres TIC go east along the High Street, turn right down Tolbooth
Street (just past the clock tower) and straight over the mini roundabout.
This takes you out of Forres on the B9010. Follow signs to Dallas. Cottage
is 200 yards from st Michael's Church, Dallas.
Getting There by Car:
On the B9010 from Forres (approx 8 miles) and B9010 (approx 10miles).
At the War Memorial in Dallas take the Knockando Road and then turn first
right at the de-restriction speed sign. This is signed Churchyard. Go
past the Church and the Manse and turn right again. The cottage is immediately
on your right.
Getting There by Railway:
Forres or Elgin Stations.
