Alison and Jock Anderson welcome you to The Richmond, a well established Bed and Breakfast only a short walk from the Railway Station in Elgin.

The Richmond is a Victorian town house retaining many original features, with comfortable bedrooms and modern facilities.

Richmond Bed and Breakfast Accommodation

The spacious double or twin room (right) has a king-size bed (can be made up as two separate single beds) and private en-suite facilities.
The twin bedded room (below) has a private bathroom adjacent to the room.
The third bedroom is another double, with king-size bed and private en-suite facilities (below).
Each bedroom is well appointed, with television, 'Wi-fi' wireless internet access, radio and tea and coffee making facilities.
All bedrooms are situated on first floor level and there is no additional charge for guests with laptop computers who use the internet whilst staying here in Elgin.

Each morning a hearty breakfast of Scottish Fayre is served in the ground floor dining room. Vegetarian options are always available.

Elgin has a great selection of hostelries serving a wide range of food and drink, all just a short walk away so that you can indulge in a local Malt or two without worrying about driving.

Location Information For Elgin:
Elgin is the capital and commercial centre of Moray, on the main A96 road [Aberdeen - Inverness trunk route].
Inverness is 40 miles away to the west [approximately 50 minutes] and Aberdeen is 65 miles away to the east [approximately 90 minutes].
The Richmond Bed and Breakfast is easy to find, in the town centre. From the south [A9 trunk route] take the A95 at Aviemore, then the A941 to Elgin at Craigellachie.

Elgin has a lot to offer visitors - Elgin Cathedral built in 1224, the Old Mill, Biblical Gardens, Johnston's Woollen Mill, Glenmoray Distillery, Gordon and McPhails Whisky Shop, plus much more. Five miles north are beautiful unspoiled beaches, with spectacular sunsets over the Moray Firth.
