The apartment is on the second floor of a traditional Edinburgh tenement and is bright and spacious, comfortably furnished and centrally heated.

Their aim is to provide a welcoming “home from home” base for a couple or single person.

The apartment is on the second floor of a centrally located, traditional Edinburgh tenement building, and offers bright, spacious accommodation for a couple or single person.They hope they have succeeded in providing everything you will need for a comfortable stay in Scotland’s Capital City.
The lounge is at the front of the apartment, has an open outlook and is comfortably furnished and equipped with:
Chesterfield sofa and parker knoll chairs, Flat screen TV, DVD/ Video and freeview cable channels, CD player and a selection of CDs and Coal effect gas fire.
The bedroom is at the back of the apartment overlooking garden areas, it has a double bed and plenty of storage space in drawers and fitted wardrobes. Also provided are:
All linen and towels, A hairdryer, Choice of pillows and additional blankets, Electric under blanket and a Iron and ironing board.
The galley style kitchen is equipped to a high standard and includes the following:
Electric oven and hob, Washing machine, Microwave oven, Fridge and freezer, Electric kettle, toaster and blender

Walk towards Princes Street, turn left and cross Princes Street on the pedestrian crossing beside the Scott Monument. The number 8 bus stop is on North St Andrew's Street - just outside Jenner's Departement Store- costs £1.30. Ask for Rodney Street. When you get off the bus cross the road at the pedestrian crossing and walk down Broughton Road.

It is not advisable to travel by car to this property as parking in the area is limited.
Getting There by Railway
Trains to Waverley Station. Taxi fare should cost around £5.00 from the Station. Walk towards Princes Street, turn left and cross Princes Street on the pedestrian crossing beside the Scott Monument. The number 8 bus stop is on North St Andrew's Street - just outside Jenner's Departement Store- costs £1.30. Ask for Rodney Street. Getting there by Aeroplane
On arrival at the airport take the Airport bus to the city Center Alight at the Terminus on Waverely Bridge. Walk towards Princes Street, turn left and cross Princes Street on the pedestrian crossing beside the Scott Monument. The number 8 bus stop is on North St Andrew's Street - just outside Jenner's Departement Store- costs £1.30. Ask for Rodney Street. When you get off the bus cross the road at the pedestrian crossing and walk down Broughton Road. A taxi from Waverely Bridge.
