The apartment is located close to Edinurgh's city-centre, just a short walk from the west end of Princes Street and Haymarket Station.
It is a 2nd-floor apartment with 2 bedrooms, a lift, free parking and free Wi-Fi internet access.

This apartment is NON-SMOKING.

Kitchen (open-plan from living-room) Electric oven, gas hob, microwave,

Double Bedroom: Kingsize bed (U.S. queensize), bedside
drawers, built-in wardrobe, hairdryer, TV/DVD + Freeview channels.
Twin Bedroom: 2 single beds, bedside drawers, wardrobe,
hairdryer.
Bathroom Bath, shower over bath, toilet, wash-hand basin, dual-voltage
shaver socket.
Wi-Fi Internet Access Provided free of charge for reasonable use of up
to 2.5GB use per week. Laptops need to be Wi-Fi enabled. The network password
is provided upon arrival.
Throughout apartment double-glazed windows, gas-fired central-heating.
Also provided iron, ironing board and clothes airer.
Linen, Towels and Cleaning:
Bed linen and towels are provided. There is no daily or weekly cleaning
service but if your stay is longer than 2 weeks we will arrange a suitable
time with you to change the linen and clean the apartment.
Parking
Free parking is available in the Square One complex although spaces are
not allocated to individual flats. Please let us know if you are bringing
a car as we'll provide you with the required parking permit.
Pets
Dogs or cats allowed by arrangement only.
Telephone
There is a landline telephone in the apartment for incoming calls and
free calls to emergency services and freephone numbers. Other outgoing
calls require a credit card, Maestro/Switch, or a phonecard.
