These five star award winning apartments are interior designed and wonderfully furnished, there are 2 penthouses, 5 two bedroom apartments and a spacious 1 bedroom apartment with separate lounge and kitchen area.
You will either be looking over the hive of activity that is the Royal
Mile, or have wonderful views over the rooftops to Princes Street and
the New Town area.

Please note that there is an original stone turnpike staircase in the building that houses the apartments. If you have mobility problems or small children please request a room on the 1st or 2nd floor
**Please check-in ** at 65 Cockburn Street, at Central Reservations, which is literally around the corner next to the Southern Cross Cafe. Due to the nature of the building we cannot have a reception on the Royal Mile. From here, our staff will be delighted to help you with your bags, or store them if needed.
At the entrance to the apartments is an iron gate with a secure code.
All apartments have a swipe card to gain entry. There is an entry phone
inside each apartment.
Our guests enjoy complimentary use of the nearby Scotsman Health Club
and Spa, the perfect place to relax and unwind.
All of our guests have complimentary use of the nearby Escape
health club and Spa, which is part of The Scotsman Hotel. It
is a 5 minute walk away but they do provide towels for a small charge.
