Surrounded by the medieval houses of Old Edinburgh, yet close to Princes Street, Waverley Station and tourist/airport bus stances, as well as museums, galleries, bars, restaurants and many tourist attractions, the apartment offers an ideal central base for exploring this beautiful capital city.

Situated on the fourth floor of a historic B listed building, this lovely apartment affords views of Salisbury Crags, glimpses of the River Fourth and looks down over St Mary's Street and part of the Royal Mile.

Accommodation in the apartment consists of twin/double bedroom - please let us know your preference, dining room, sitting room with TV with Freeview, DVD player, music centre and payphone, as well as two sofas - one of which easily converts into a comfortable, large double bed.

There is a bright, fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher and full gas hob and electric oven, as well as multi-function microwave, and a bathroom with both bath and 9.8 Kw Mira sport shower. Rates are fully inclusive of gas, electricity, towels, linen, taxes & internet access. The apartment is strictly no smoking.

Getting there from the Information Centre
From 3 Princes Street turn left onto Waverley Bridge (Waverley Station & Airport bus stops) then left into Market Street, crossing to right hand side of Market Street and then bear right into Jeffrey Street. At the top of Jeffrey Street go straight over at lights into St. Mary's Street. The main door of No. 7 is a few metres beyond World's End Pub. No 7 is the top right bell on the entry phone system.

Getting There by Railway
Taxi a good idea if you have much baggage. To walk from Waverley Station turn left onto Waverley Bridge and walking away from Princes Street turn let into Market Street.
Cross at panda crossing to City Art Centre - left along Market Street and under North Bridge then bear right into Jeffrey Street, straight over at lights at top of Jeffrey Street (Tass Pub on that corner)across High Street and into St. Mary's Street. The main door of No. 7 is a few yards beyond World's End Pub. The apartment is the top right bell on the entry phone system.

Getting there by Aeroplane
By Taxi direct to flat. Aiport Bus (No. 100) to Waverley Bridge and from there by taxi or if on foot follow directions as from Waverley Train Station.
By car Edinburgh Airport follow signs to central Edinburgh-A8. On arrival in central Edinburgh and when you reach Princes Street turn right into Lothian Road, and first left into Kings Stables Road on to Grassmarket and then straight along Cowgate. Turn left at lights after Travelodge (on corner of Cowgate/St.Mary's Street) into St. Mary's Street. We are near top of Street on left hand side. Four parking bays on opposite side of road, or park to off load for up to half an hour 10.00 to 16.00 only.

We are constantly adding to and improving facilities at our well equipped apartment. We currently offer: WiFi internet access available free of charge.
A new 32" widescreen Toshiba TV with 2 USB ports etc. has just been installed. The bathroom shower is a generous 9.8 Mira Sport shower and in the last twelve months we have added secondary glazing to the bedroom window.
