rated restaurant within the Hand Picked collection, having been awarded
an impressive 3 AA Rosettes.
The Brasserie offers guests a less formal dining option serving a wide selection of modern dishes and regular favourites. The food is excellent and environment stylish and modern. Signature dish: Chargrilled tuna steak, salad of potato, chard, fennel, sunblushed tomato with a chillie and lemongrass dressing.

From Edinburgh Airport follow signs for Glasgow. Once on the A8 west we
are approximately 0.50 mile along. There is a Tourist Information sign.
