The nearest bus stops are a few minutes walk with a choice of frequent services/ routes to the city center and other areas of Edinburgh, including trendy Leith and Stockbridge. One day tickets for unlimited use can be purchased from the bus driver. A night bus service also operates. The property is easily accessed by road from Edinburgh Airport (7 miles), the Forth Road Bridge (9 miles) and the Edinburgh by pass.
For all your provisions there is a large supermarket 2 minutes drive or 10 minutes walk away and local shops, including a post office, bank and pharmacy are nearby.

There is a large lounge/dining room with ample seating and 6-seater dining table. The fully equipped kitchen offers informal dining for 4 at a breakfast bar. The master bedroom has a king size double bed and en suite shower and WC. Bedroom 2 has a king size double bed and bedroom 3 has two single beds.
All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and ample storage, with bed linen and towels provided. In addition there is a large family bathroom with bath, WC and separate shower cubicle. The flat receives Virgin Media TV with a wide range of channels and the property is wi fi enabled. There is central heating throughout and instant hot water from the combi gas boiler. On the ground floor there is an allocated covered parking space for one car behind secure electronic gates.

From Princes Street take one of the following buses from outside TIC.
19,29,37 or 47. For the 29 & 37 alight at first stop in Ferry Road
after Crewe Toll Roundabout. Cross over road and walk back to roundabout
then head down Crewe Road North signposted Pilton. Pass under bridge –
property is in cul- de- sac on right hand side. For 19 & 47 alight
at first stop in Crewe Road North after Crewe Toll Roundabout –

Getting There by Car
Property is situated in cul de sac at top end of Crewe Road North just

Getting There by Railway
From Waverley Station walk up to Princes Street then follow directions
from TIC as shown above.
Getting there by Aeroplane
Driving from Edinburgh Airport follow route A8 to Edinburgh city center,
then route A902/Maybury Road signposted Barnton & Leith, then route
A90/Queensferry Road signposted Edinburgh city center& Leith, then
route A902/Telford Road signposted Leith. At bottom of Telford Road take
2nd exit from Crewe Toll Roundabout into Crewe Road North (signposted
Pilton), pass under bridge – property is situated in cul-de –sac
on right.
By bus from Edinburgh Airport. Take 100 Airlink bus from
airport and get off at Shandwick Place ('West End'). Walk round corner
to Queensferry Street and take 19,37 or 47 bus. (See bus directions above
from TIC for destination bus stops/directions)
Getting There by Ferry
Driving from Rosyth Ferry Terminal follow signs for Forth Road Bridge
& Edinburgh on route A90, then route A902/Telford Road signposted
Leith. At bottom of Telford Road take 2nd exit from Crewe Toll Roundabout
into Crewe Road North (signposted Pilton), pass under bridge – property
is situated in cul-de –sac on right.
