a short walk away from the main reception. Please note this property does
not have a lift.
GROVE
Grove Street one bedroom apartments all have a double bed and the two
bedroom apartments have 2 single beds in each of the bedrooms. Furnishings
and décor are simple and the kitchen is fully equipped with all
the appliances you need. Complimentary wifi internet access, selected
cable TV and a CD player are all available.
HARRIS
Harris one bedroom apartments all have a double bed and the two bedroom
apartment has one double bed and 2 single beds. Each apartment is open
plan with kitchen that has all the appliances you will need. Each apartment

Grove Executive studio apartments have a double bed whilst the two bedroom

EQ2
Situated on the Union Canal EQ2 one bedroom apartments have a double,
bed, the two bedroom apartments have one double bed and 2 single beds
and the three bedroom apartments have one double bed and 4 single beds.

cable TV channels, CD player and IPod dock.
STEWART
Stewart 1 bedroom apartments will feature an open plan living room and
fully fitted kitchen including dishwasher and washing machine. Each apartment
will include a 37 inch HD television, blu-ray DVD player and iPod dock
in the living room and a 32 inch HD TV in the bedroom, as well as free
wireless broadband access, Sky sports and movie channels.

Getting there from the Information Center
TO GROVE STREET RECEPTION
On foot from the Tourist Information Center proceed along Princes Street,
carry straight along until the end of Princes Street and turn left up
Lothian Road. Walk up Lothian Road on the right hand side of the street
until you come to Fountainbridge (Superdrug will be on the corner). Walk
along Fountainbridge until you come to Grove Street. Turn right down Grove
Street and Fountain Court is located about 100 yards down.
Getting There by Car
TO GROVE STREET RECEPTION (FROM THE SOUTH)
take the A702 through Morningside and onto Bruntsfield Place that in turn
leads onto Leven Street and Home Street. Take the second turning on the
left after Gilmore Place marked Thornybauk (just after the Royal Bank
of Scotland). Follow the road 200 yards until you get to a set of traffic
lights. Turn left onto Fountainbridge and continue straight over the roundabout.
Take the next turning on the right onto Grove Street. Fountain Court is
located a short distance down on the right.
Getting There by Railway
TO GROVE STREET RECEPTION
From Edinburgh Waverley Station turn left on to Waverley Bridge and then
right on to Market Street. Turn left on to The Mound which continues on
to George IV Bridge. Keep in the right hand land and follow Forrest Road
round on to Lauriston Place. Stay on Lauriston Road to Tollcross and proceed
along proceed onto Waverley Princes Street, carry straight along and then
cross Lothian Road through West Tollcross (past the fire station on right).
Turn right in to Ponton Street and left on to Fountainbridge. You will
pass Cargo on the left and drive straight through the roundabout. Grove
Street is then the first opening on the right. Fountain Court is 100 yards
down.
Getting there by Aeroplane
TO GROVE STREET RECEPTION
take the A8 through Corstophine to Haymarket Terrace. Stay in the outside
lane and continue on Torphicen Street, following signs for the EICC. Carry
on straight through the traffic lights at the top of Dewar Place onto
Gardener's Crescent. At the roundabout turn right and then take the first
right onto Grove Street. Fountain Court is located a short distance down
on the right.
