Location:
We are in a seaside suburb to Edinburgh just 3.5 miles to the East of Princes Street in the City centre.

Directions From Edinburgh Airport:
Take the Airport bus (Bus no.100) to City Centre (Waverley Bridge), then follow directions as below.
From Waverley Train Station (City Centre) By bus:
Walk to Marks & Spencer's on Princes Street where you can catch the 15 or 26 bus (except those to Kings Road).
Ask the driver to stop at the Brunstane Road North Bus Stop at St Philips Church, (500 yards, or four stops after Portobello Town Hall). It is then only a short walk back to St Mary's Place which is on the opposite (South) side of the street.
Directions By Car:
Google Maps have a route planner between two post codes (our post code is EH15 2QF).
If you are coming from the West, join Edinburgh bypass (A720), drive East following signs for A1 Berwick-upon-Tweed until you get to "Old Craighall” roundabout (turn left onto the A1).
On the A1 following signs for Edinburgh. You will soon see a retail park on the left followed by ASDA where there is a roundabout.
Go straight on at the roundabout and get in the right hand lane. You quickly come up to traffic lights where you turn right into Milton Road East (signed Joppa and Musselburgh).
Almost immediately turn left (in front of the large grey house on the corner) into Brunstane Road. After crossing the narrow railway bridge turn left at the first cross-road into Argyle Crescent.
St Mary's Place is the first turn on the right, and you will see our sign a short way down the street.

Otherwise, if you are lost:
Find Portobello High Street and go East (with the sea on your left). You will soon come to a park on the left (Abercorn Park). Take the first right turn after the park. This is St Marys Place and we are half way up on the right hand side.

Parking: There is ample and un-restricted on-street parking in St Marys Place. Many of our guests prefer to leave their car and take a bus to the City centre (where parking can be both difficult and expensive).
