Anne House Apartments Accommodation

The Balcony Apartment is situated on the second floor, overlooking Lower Tron Square, a residential square in the heart of Edinburgh's Old Town, just off the historic Royal Mile. The Apartment block where you will find The Balcony Apartment is "Category B Listed" - designated as being of special special architectural or historic interest. Rentals are available all year round, with a minimum of 3 nights for most of the year, 5 nights at Christmas/New Year and 7 nights during the Festival.

Both of the bedrooms in The Balcony Apartment have zip-and-link beds, meaning that they can be arranged as a double bed or two singles, which makes the apartment suitable for couples travelling together, singles, or family groups. A sofa bed in the living room provides room for a further two guests, making the apartment suitable for up to 6 guests. They can also provide a cot or travel cot and high chair for their younger guests.

The Royal Mile Apartment and Holyrood Apartment are both situated on the top (third) floor of Anne House, a modern apartment building situated on Bell's Wynd, one of the closes (or alleyways) which lead from the Royal Mile. The Apartments both have open views over Upper Tron Square. Rentals are available all year round, with a minimum of 3 nights for most of the year, 5 nights at Christmas/New Year and 7 nights during the Festival.

Both the Royal Mile Apartment and Holyrood Apartment have one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, and their close proximity means that they are suitable for larger family groups travelling together. Each of the living rooms has a sofa bed suitable for one additional guest, making each of the apartments capable of sleeping up to 5 guests. They can also provide a cot or travel cot and high chair for their younger guests.
