Dunfermline hotelBowleys Farm Cottage offers a great location for a self-catering holiday.
Set on a 170 acre upland livestock farm, 5 miles north of Dunfermline, with magnificent south facing views of the Forth Valley and the Pentland Hills including Edinburgh Castle.

Bowleys Farm Accommodation

The cottage comprises a double bedroom, a single/twin room, fully-fitted kitchen, bathroom and lounge/dining room.
Patio doors lead out to a conservatory from the lounge. There is also a large South facing garden/play area and adequate parking.

The accommodation, which adjoins the farmhouse, is all on one floor and offers one double and one single/twin bedroom, both with fitted wardrobes, bedside tables and lamps.

- All linen is provided.
- A double folding sofa-bed is also available in the lounge to give a maximum occupancy of six persons.
- The bathroom consists of bathroom suite and separate shower cubicle.
- The lounge/ dining room is light and spacious with a table and six chairs, three piece suite and an electric fire.
- There is a TV with DVD, video recorder and Sky, as well as a music centre.
- The conservatory has a table, chairs and loungers for summer dining.
- The cottage has oil central heating with temperature control and full double glazing.

The kitchen has been newly refurbished and has a cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer and washing machine.

Golf: Saline, Canmore ,Pitfirrane and Aberdour Golf Courses.
Fishing: there are a number of fly and coarse fisheries locally; Lochs Fitty, Leven,Glow, Craiglucar and Roscobie.
New multiplex cinema: bowling alley, bingo and fast food entertainment park nearby.
Seaside: The nearest beach is about 15 minutes away at Aberdour which boasts a blue flag award for cleanliness.
St.Andrews: famous for its golfing and beautiful beaches is 40 minutes away.

Location:
The cottage is approximately thirty minutes from Edinburgh, Stirling, Perth and Kirkcaldy, being only two miles from the M90.
Among the attractions within a 10 mile radius are Knockhill Racing Circuit, Townhill Waterskiing Centre, Lathalmond Bus Museum and Deep Sea World beside the Forth Bridge. St.Andrews, famous for its golfing and beautiful beaches is 40 minutes away.
