The Park being situated on the main A711 Dumfries to Dalbeattie road, which is now part of the Galloway Tourist Route (GTR) to Ayr, making it an ideal place for a stopover or indeed use as a base from which you can explore the many tourist delights and attractions of Dumfries and Galloway.
The park is in a quiet and peaceful rural setting, offering panoramic views of the hills as they roll south to the Solway Coast and eastwards toward Criffel, on the outskirts of Kirkgunzeon village, approximately 8 mile south west of Dumfries and 4 miles from Dalbeattie.
Only a short drive will take you to some excellent woodland and Coastal walks, world class mountain bike trails (parts of the 7 Stanes group) and many more of the tourist attractions Dumfries & Galloway and the Solway Coast have to share.

Getting There by Car
From the south leave the M6/M74 at Junction A75 to Stranraer follow A75
to Dumfriesu at Dumfries stay on the A 75 over five roundabouts at the
6th roundabout take the first exit signed Dalbeattie at the mini roundabout,
turn right onto the A711 direction Dalbeattie follow A711 for 10.5 miles
Mossband Caravan Park is on the Right.
From the North leave the M74 at Junction 15 signed A701 to Dumfries follow
A701 to Dumfries junction with A75 at the roundabout take the 3rd exit
A75 direction Stranraer at the next 2 roundabouts continue on the A75
at the third roundabout take the first exit signed cargenbridge /Dalbeattie
at the mini roundabout at the end of this road turn right onto the A711
direction Dalbeattie follow A711 for 10.5 miles Mossband Caravan Park
is on the Right.
