This the entrance to our lovely cottage, the car park is flat so easy to negotiate, room for 3 cars and 2 cars down the side. Twin room En-suite with large shower enclosure their twin room is a lovely bright inviting room with brand new beds and bedding,carpets , new flat screen tv & tea/coffee facilities. Double room with a lovely outlook. This is our double room with large wardrobe, new bed, and flat screen tv and tea/coffee gacilities .

Getting there from the Information Centre

Nearest TIC Dumfries. Directions as before.
Getting There by Car
take the A75 heading from Dumfries towards Castle Douglas. Approximately 5 miles from Dumfries sign for Shawhead pointing right. East Brae is on right hand side, one mile from the sign. There is a B&B sign outside the cottage
Getting There by Railway
From Dumfries station follow signs for Stranraer on A75. Approximately 5 miles from Dumfries sign for Shawhead pointing right. East Brae is on right hand side, one mile from the sign.
Getting There by Ferry
From Stranraer ferry terminal, follow A75 for Dumfries. Two miles out of Crocketford village, East Brae on the left.
Directions from Dumfries, take the A75 for approx 6 miles, at the roundabout after the dual carrigeway go straight on until the Shawhead Sign continue past this on A75 for 1 mile and our Guesthouse is the long cottage on the right.
Directions from Castle Douglas, continue on A75 towards Dumfries when you reach the village of "Crocketford" continue for exactly two miles and we are on left hand side
