away at the end of a cul de sac Fairways is a large and beautifully appointed
one bed apartment sleeping four people non smoking, sunny south facing
in a residential part of Dornoch minutes from the beach and the village.
It has all mod cons and is right beside the Dornoch Hotel, next to the greens of the Royal Dornoch Golf Course. There are private gardens and parking.
This delightful self catering holiday accommodation is very comfortable, and has recently been completely refurbished and furnished to a very high standard.
Historic Royal Dornoch is in the North Highlands of Scotland. It is a charming sleepy little village, only forty miles from the Highland capital of Inverness. Dornoch is an excellent touring base from which to explore the magnificent Highlands; many are also attracted by the world-renowned Royal Dornoch Golf Club.
Fairways self-catering holiday accommodation is central to the village, being near the beach, golf course and within a few minutes walk of local shops, restaurants and hotels. It is an excellent choice for visitors, whether to enjoy an activity holiday, or just to relax and unwind in natural surroundings, away from the stress and strains of modern life.
Dornoch has an excellent bus service which you can use to explore other local villages and there is a regular train service from London to Inverness, with car hire services locally if you should wish to use them. There is also an airport at Inverness.

Fairways Accommodation
Fairways is a spacious, sunny, non-smoking, south-facing garden apartment
situated in a small, quiet and peaceful cul-de-sac. It is very popular
with couples, yet it can accommodate up to four people as there is also
a comfortable bed settee.
Living room
Bright, relaxing, comfortable, airy lounge, looking to the rear, cosy
fire, television (now with freeview), dvd player with selection of dvd's,
music system, double pull down bed settee, and selection of games and
books, for your relaxation.
Bedroom
Large double bedroom with very comfortable Kingsize Slumberland Pocket
Sprung Beds. Decorated in soft soothing colours, electric blankets, goose
down duvets all home comforts, radio, small television. The twin beds
easily link to form a double bed.
Bathroom
Lovely peach and white marbled tiled bathroom with bath, power shower,
shavers, fully equipped for all your needs.
Kitchen
Smart immaculate kitchen, has dining area. The kitchen is all electric,
cooker / fridge freezer / washing machine / microwave, fully equipped.
Garden
Pretty secluded flagged private garden, with patio table and chairs for
your relaxation. Garden shed for bikes / golf clubs.
Parking
Easy parking. There is resident's parking at the front of the house. Leave
your car and take a short walk to the beach or into town where you will
be spoilt for a choice of places to eat and drink. No need to resist a
final malt with only a short walk home!
