Gardener's
Cottage is reached along a private estate road. It is a charming cottage
constructed from local whin stone, sandstone lintels and jambs.
The entrance porch leads into a central study, a perfect place for reading. To the left lies the light and spacious dining room and to the right the sitting room, whose large windows provide views towards the Lomond Hills.
A country kitchen, with a breakfasting area, leads off the sitting room. To the rear of the cottage is a second entrance and passage with ample hooks for coats and space for boots.
The cottage boasts a separate shower room and WC as well as a paneled bathroom with a roll-top bath. Both the twin and double bedrooms are at the rear of the property and look out over the surrounding gardens.
An added advantage is the single level layout of the cottage which makes the property easily accessible for everyone.
