Extremely comfortable, private and spacious accommodation in Upper Level of traditional sandstone villa. Situated in a highly regarded residential street in the capital of the ancient kingdom of Strathclyde.

Within walking distance of all local amenities and ideally situated for access to Glasgow, Edinburgh, Stirling, The Highlands and the Trossachs. Scotland's first national park is just 10 minutes drive away. The ski slopes and mountains of Glencoe, Glenshee and the Nevis range are within a few hours driving distance.

Albion House Bed and Breakfast Accommodation

Scottish Victorian villa. Albion House is the upper villa which has a completely seperate entrance at the rear. It is situated in Round Riding Road and is close to all public transport links. There is off street parking next to the property.

The property comprises a sitting room, dining room, kitchen, hallway and bathroom with shower and bath. There are three double bedrooms with twin beds in each room (all excellent quality e.g. Harrods). All bedrooms have radio alarm clocks and electric blankets. All bed linen and towels are provided with beds made up for your arrival.

The sitting room has a colour television, Video Recorder and DVD player. A selection of films are available to watch. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier. Fully fitted with crockery, cooking utensils etc.

The house is furnished to a high standard with many antique pieces including lovely paintings. Albion House is fully double glazed with gas central heating which ensures a cosy stay even in winter. There is off-street parking and the use of a lovely private garden.

The city of Glasgow is just 30 mins drive away with an excellent variety of shops.

A Sports Centre is located nearby with an excellent swimming pool for children. In the nearby town of Clydebank there is a cinema and Bowling alley.

In the area there are various tourist attractions including: Dumbarton Castle, Museums, Historic houses and gardens. A variety of leaflets and brochures detailing places of interest are available in the property. There are also some lovely walking areas nearby.

DIRECTIONS
Getting There by Car:

From the South follow the M6 North which then becomes the M74. Then follow signs for the M8 North, when you reach Glasgow Airport follow the instructions above(Getting there by Aeroplane).

From the North follow the M8 or M9 to Glasgow, then follow signs for Glasgow Airport.On passing the airport follow the instructions for getting there by aeroplane.The Sat Nav reference for this property is G82 2HB.

Getting There by Railway:
Take train to Glasgow then switch to Balloch or Helensburgh train(Westbound). Depart train at Dumbarton Central. Leave station by rear exit (facing Ind Estate), turn right and continue straight ahead crossing the main road.

Continue on passing the Sports Centre until you arrive at a junction, turn left here onto Bonhill Road. Continue up this road for about 300 yards until the next junction, turn right here into Round Riding Road. Albion House is about 50 yards on the left hand side after the tenements. The house is about 10 minutes walk from the railway station.

Getting there by Aeroplane:
From Glasgow Airport, join M8 motorway and go over Erskine Bridge following signs for Crianlarich. Adjoin A82 and continue until Dumbarton, you will pass a large white hotel on your left (Abbotsford).

Continue for another half a mile until you come to a set of traffic lights, turn left here and continue down this road. Albion House is situated on the right hand side just before the tenement flats. There is off - street parking available at the property.
