Callander HotelsThis spacious property has been tastefully renovated to provide all modern conveniences in a cottage full of 19th century character.

Located in the heart of Callander, close to the Rob Roy visitors centre. In front of the visitor centre is a tree lined square where the local bagpipe band sometimes plays for an hour or so on summer evenings or weekends.

The square is a favourite place for both visitors and locals to relax on the benches in the shade of the trees.

Lime Tree Cottage Accommodation

The Cottage Sleeps 6, 3 bedrooms and a brand new bathroom / ensuite. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower and toilet as well as a walk-in wardrobe. The second bedroom has a king-size bed. A spacious wardrobe provides ample room for clothing. The third bedroom has 2 single beds.

The main bathroom has bath and a shower with shower screen. The heated towel rail keeps towels luxuriously warm. There is a Lounge and family dining area. The living room is furnished with 2 3-seater sofas and equipped with colour television and DVD player.

The open plan kitchen/diner is spacious, comfortable and great for socialising.The kitchen is equipped with gas hob, electric fan oven, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and toaster.

If you have a young baby or child we have a high chair/travel cot/3 wheeler and a backpack child carrier for walking, all in good condition on request.

The Callander crags and the cycleway are easily accessed by way of a footpath close to the cottage. Callander is a picturesque town, one of the main gateways to Scotland’s first National Park. An excellent base for exploring the Trossachs and Loch Lomond.

Ben Ledi, Ben Vorlich and Stuc a'Chroin are all easily accessible from Callander. Local Lochs Lubnaig, Venachar and Earn.

Jump in the car and Loch Katrine and Ben A'an are approximately 20 min's away, Loch Lomond (40 min's),
Stirling (20 min's), Glasgow (1 hr) and Edinburgh (1 hr).

DIRECTIONS
Getting there from the Information Centre:

Exit the visitor centre by the front door. Turn left at the bottom of the steps. Lime Tree Cottage is directly in front of you.

Getting There by Car:
Leave M9 at junction 10 and follow A84 via Doune to Callander. Follow the A84 along Main Street. After the pedestrian crossing, look out for the Rob Roy visitor centre on your right. Turn right immediately after the visitor centre and follow the one way street around the square. Lime Tree Cottage is next door to Deli Ecosse.
