25 successful years Brook Linn Country House has closed it's doors. We
would like to thank all guests who stayed with us during this time. Find
details of our cottage to rent by below.
This modern cottage is set in the corner of the garden of a large Victorian country house. It faces South and has open views to the Menteith Hills.
It has private access with parking for two cars. Surrounded by woodland, deer and squirrels are regular visitors and yet it is only ten minutes walk to the shops, post office and bus stop.
Brook Linn Cottage Accommodation
On the ground floor the accommodation consists of one double bedroom, a large lounge/dining room, kitchen, utility room and bathroom. Upstairs there are two bedrooms (one twin and one double) and a shower and W.C. There is a barbeque in the garden.
The cottage is well equipped with colour T.V, video, automatic washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and telephone
The cottage is all electric and the meter is read at the beginning and end of your stay. Bed linen and towels are provided. The cottage must be vacated by 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure. Keys will be available for new guests from 3.00 p.m.
The local supermarket is open seven days a week.

DIRECTIONS
Callander lies North-West of Stirling, and is easily accessible from both
Glasgow and Edinburgh at approximately one hour by car. Approach; A84
to Stirling to Callander road, through the town of Callander, turning
first right after the Poppies Hotel into Leny Feus, then right again when
you see our sign.
Getting there from the Information Centre:
From Callander Rob Roy Centre, north along Main Street and Leny Road A84
fourth right into Leny Feus. Follow this till you see the sign for Brook
Linn pointing off to the right.
Getting There by Railway:
From Stirling service bus to Callander.
Getting there by Aeroplane:
From Glasgow Airport M8 east to junction 13, M80 north to junction 9,
M9 north to junction 10, A84 Callander, travel through Callander Main
Street, turn first right after Pinewood Nursing Home into Leny Feus and
watch for the sign for Brook Linn Pointing to the right.
From Edinburgh Airport A8 west, north on M9 to junction 10 A84 Callander.
