The
Willows is located in a quiet cul-de-sac at the edge of a small residential
estate. Its elevated position gives spectacular views over Brodick Bay
and Goatfell.
Located within a few minutes walk of the pier, ferry terminal, local shops and other amenities including the bowling green, tennis courts, leisure facilities at the Auchrannie, Brodick’s 18 hole golf course, as well as, boating facilities in the Bay.
The Willows Accommodation
All accommodation is on one level consisting of: 3 Double Bedrooms = 1 Double and 1 Twin to the rear of the property with stunning views over Brodick Bay and Goatfell and a further Double to the front of the property.
Fitted kitchen with electric cooker, ceramic hob, double oven, extractor fan, fridge freezer, toaster, microwave and washing machine. (Tumble drying facilities available at Auchrannie Road.)
Comfortable lounge with electric fire, TV, DVD Player, a selection of DVD’s, Radio and CD Player. A large picture window with superb views across Brodick Bay and Goatfell, Dining area to the front with window overlooking the garden.
Family bathroom with WC hand basin, electric shower unit and heated towel rail. A additional cloakroom WC and hand basin.
Back garden with patio area, garden furniture, washing line and stunning views over Brodick Bay and Goatfell. The Willows also has a single garage, as well as, off road parking for one car (Both for use by guests).
Heating is by electric storage heaters with additional individual units in each room and electricity is included in the rental price.
Please note the approach to the Bungalow is uphill and may not be suitable for elderly or infirm guests; however once at the property everything you need is on one level.

from dial-a-creche who will deliver.
. Please note: approximately 2ft drop from patio to garden – care
should be taken at all times and is the parent/guardians responsibility
to supervise children.

Pet Policy
Pets welcome by prior arrangement - we would ask you not to allow your
pet into the bedrooms or onto the furniture and on leaving you ensure
there is no unwanted trace in the garden.
Please bring feeding bowls, bedding etc with you.
Bed linen is provided and towels are available to hire on request from Arran Hideaways .

The ferry terminal (to Ardrossan) and bus station are located at Brodick pier. Buses run to coincide with the ferry, most drivers will stop on demand. Car hire facilities are available at Brodick Pier.
If you are bringing your car to Arran please book ferry well in advance. For timetables, fares and bookings contact: a copy of the timetable is pinned inside the main cupboard in the kitchen.
Directions
On leaving the ferry terminal turn right on to the main road.
Take the first left just before the Co Op. Follow the road up the hill
and round to the right, continue along Alma Road taking the second left
into Alma Park continue to follow this road to the top and round the bend
where the Willows is situated second from the end on the right hand side.
