Brodick Hotels Brandon Lodge is a large, traditional Scottish Villa, situated just a few minutes walk from the centre of Brodick village on Arran, making it extremely convenient for all Brodick amenities and the mainland ferry.

This large holiday cottage sleeps up to 12 people, so it is perfect for a family get together or meeting up with friends in Arran’s peaceful surroundings. It has a large garden area and spectacular sea views across the bay to Brodick castle and Goat Fell.

Brandon Lodge has an impressive entrance hall with oak panelling, oak flooring and comfortable sofas to relax on.

Two Lounges
Both enjoying sea view. Each contains comfortable sofas for relaxing, a flat screen TV and DVD player and a dining table. The main lounge also has a Sky TV package (excluding sport and film).

Downstairs bathroom with shower cubicle.

A fully equipped traditional kitchen with a double oven and hob, microwave and a fridge freezer. From the kitchen a door leads towards a heated cupboard and a fully equipped utility room with oil fired boiler, washing machine, tumble drier and dishwasher.

Upstairs 1
Two staircases lead off the hall to the bedrooms. The larger staircase leads to:
• A family bathroom with a shower cubicle.
• An en-suite family bedroom with a double bed, twin single beds with sea views.
• A double bedroom with spectacular views over the sea and hills.
• A twin bedroom with views to the sea and hills.
• A twin bedroom with garden views.

Upstairs 2
The smaller staircase leads up to:
• A twin bedded room with views towards Brodick.

All bedrooms have flat screen TV and radio.The Garden is for residents use.

From the rear garden by the side of the house is a lawned play area for children and an outside dining table and sitting area.

· All bed linen is provided. Towels are not provided.
· A cot is available at the property.
· All heating and electricity is included in the rental price.

Parents should note, there is a tiny stream at each side of the garden and guests with young children should not leave them unattended.

Attractions and Activities
Arran is a beautiful holiday destination, with empty white beaches, fabulous mountain walks, copious wildlife, clean air, peace, quite and tranqility.

Arran has 7 golf courses and provides excellent fishing throughout the year. It makes a perfect holiday destination for families, hill walkers, cycling enthusiasts, birdwatchers, people in search of peace and relaxation…in fact – who wouldn’t find something fabulous to do on Arran.

And it is easy to get to as it is the most Southern of the Scottish Islands and just a one hour ferry journey from Ardrossan.

This large cottage in Brodick on the Isle of Arran, is a wonderful example of a traditional Scottish villa. Brandon Lodge is situated a short walk from the centre of Brodick village, enjoying a peaceful location with easy access to all the facilities Brodick has to offer.

There is fabulous accommodation for a large family or a group holiday and it benefits from a large garden and spectacular sea views across the bay to Brodick castle and Goat Fell.

DIRECTIONS
Getting there from the Information Centre:

From the Brodick Ferry Terminal, turn left at the junction with the main road, towards Lamlash. Climb uphill and take the very first turn left on to a small road signposted Strathwillan. Take this road until the first bend; Brandon Lodge is on the right.

Getting There by Car:
skip Take the A78 to Ardrossan Harbour.

Getting There by Railway:
Train to Glasgow Central then train to Ardrossan Harbour.

Getting there by Aeroplane:
Plane to Glasgow or Prestwick airport and taxi to Ardrossan Harbour.

Getting There by Ferry:
From Ardrossan Harbour to Brodick on Caledonian MacBrayne car ferry.
