Blairgowrie HotelsIvybank is a large Victorian house, set in approximately one acre of gardens, with a welcoming, relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

The owners, Marie-Celine and Chris Dandridge, will do all they can to make your stay as enjoyable as possible and encourage you to treat their home as your own.

You might arrive as strangers, but we hope you will leave as friends.

This family-run guest house has six en-suite bedrooms and one with private facilities.

The non-smoking policy ensures that all rooms are clean and fresh. Parking is available free of charge and a large garage is also available for overnight storage of motorbikes and bicycles.
Blairgowrie, at the heart of Scotland's soft-fruit growing area, is probably the best base you can have for discovering what Perthshire has to offer.

Perth is a short drive away, where you can browse the shops, relax in a pavement cafe or walk through parks that line the River Tay, while Blairgowrie itself has wonderful river side walks and unique local shops. We are within half an hour's drive of Dundee and the spectacular beaches of the East Coast, while Glasgow, Stirling and Edinburgh are an easy drive away.

Attractions:
Perthshire is golfing country, with over 60 courses within an hours drive, including Carnoustie, Gleneagles and St Andrews. The area is also renowned for its salmon and trout fishing, with the River Tay being one of Europe's principal salmon rivers.

If you don't want to fish or play golf there are many beautiful glens, lochs and mountains close by, wildlife reservations and bird sanctuaries within easy reach, numerous distilleries for the whiskey lovers and plenty of historic and picturesque castles to visit.

Highland Perthshire is on our doorstep and is a breath-taking drive to take, either up the A93 towards Braemar or across to Dunkeld and up the A9 towards the north.
