Silver Birch comprises; 2 bedrooms (1 double & 1 twin) with a further fold out bed in the lounge allowing 5 persons comfortably. All bedding is included. A 3 piece shower room with towels and hairdryer included.
Open plan lounge/dining kitchen area with all essentials supplied (crockery, cutlery, tea towels etc). The lounge benefits a 19" flat screen TV with integral DVD player and iPod docking.

Getting There by Car:
From the North, travel South on A9 until Snow Gates at Blair Atholl sign.
Turn left off A9, then right at the junction. Drive through village, at
Tilt Hotel turn left. Entrance second turning on right.
From South, travel North on A9 until Snow Gates at Blair Atholl sign. Turn right off A9, then proceed as above.
Getting There by Railway:
From the North– Inverness station and from South– Perth station
Alight at Blair Atholl station, behind Atholl Arms Hotel. Turn right,
travel along main road, over bridge, turn first right after Tilt Hotel.
Entrance second turning on right.
