setting.
These cozy and peaceful lodges are available for short breaks, weekends and longer holidays.
Children and Pets are very welcome and there is a children's play area on-site, and if needed, extra beds, cots, and high chairs can all be provided free of charge.
Invercauld Lodge Accommodation
The cosy and comfortable lodges suit all sizes of groups and are flexible to meet your specific requirements. The smaller lodges - Birkhall, Balmoral, and Glenmuick - cater for 3 guests comfortably, but can sleep up to 4 with the addition of a fold-up bed. The larger lodges - Craigendarroch, Lochnagar, and Craigcoillich - are arranged for 4 guests but can sleep up to 6 using the fold-out bed-settee in the lounge.
All of the lodges are fully equipped to meet your holiday needs. The electricity will be switched on for your arrival (please be aware that the electricity is metered and £1 coins are required to operate, change available on-site if required). The lodges have plenty to keep you entertained including TVs with DVD players and FREESAT. There is also a small selection of DVDs, board games, and books and there is a children's play area on-site.
Check in time for the lodges is anytime after 3pm. This gives us time to make sure the lodges are clean and tidy and where possible enables us to greet you on your arrival, please ring on the day of arrival if your estimated time of arrival is after 6pm. Check out time is 10am. Thank you.

Getting there from the Information Center
From Ballater Tourist Information Center (Ballater Square) turn
right over the bridge towards Braemar. Turn left signposted Glen Lui Hotel,
and Invercauld Lodges are on your right hand side before the entrance
to the hotel.
Getting There by Car
Coming south from Perth and Dundee. Travel via Coupar Angus,
Blairgowrie, Bridge of Cally, Braemar and Ballater is a further 16 miles.
Coming in to Ballater take a right hand turn signposted Glen Lui Hotel,
and Invercauld Lodges is on your right. From Aberdeen, go to the Center
of the village and travelling on the Braemar Rd you will see a sign for
the Glen Lui Hotel pointing left. Turn left here and Invercauld Lodges
are on your right
Getting There by Railway
Nearest station is Aberdeen - 42 miles. We can arrange station
pick up.
Getting there by Aeroplane
Nearest airport is Aberdeen Airport - 40 miles. We can arrange
airport pick up.
Getting There by Ferry
Nearest ferry port is Rosyth north of Edinburgh. Drive North
heading to Perth and follow the directions above
