Ballater HotelsWelcome to the Deeside Hotel, a small, personally run hotel nestling in the stunning surroundings of the Cairngorm National Park.

The owners, Gordon and Penella, have maintained the character and ambience of the original Victorian house whilst ensuring your comfort with modern bathrooms, open log fires and individual touches such as homemade biscuits with cafetière coffee in your room.

Dining is based on the seasons, both in terms of ambience and menu. In the summer guests breakfast and dine in the light and airy conservatory, overlooking our lovely walled garden and enjoy fresh herbs and soft fruit from the garden.

In the winter our candlelit restaurant is warmed by open log fires and the menu offers Scottish game, warming soups and puddings.
