Perfectly situated only two minutes walk from Ayr town centre and railway
station Grange view is an elegant Victorian guest house providing bed
and breakfast.
Run by husband and wife team Ross and Joanne Armour Grange View combines Scottish charm and hospitality with character, style and comfort to create a homely environment.
Grange View Accommodation
All our rooms are ensuite, situated on the ground floor and come with
complimentary off street parking.
Grange View is decorated in a modern style with original features and
rooms contain complimentary hospitality tray, Wi-Fi access and digital
flat-screen TVs.
Our traditional Scottish breakfast uses products which have been sourced from surrounding Ayrshire producers.
Rooms:
Grange View provides free off street parking for guests and all rooms
are situated on the ground floor.
Guest can choose from three rooms: - a double, twin/double or family/triple
room.
All rates include our traditional Scottish breakfast which is sourced
from local producers.
All rooms are en-suite and decorated in warm colours
and comfortable furnishings whilst maintaining many original features.
Each room contains complimentary hospitality tray, Wi-Fi access and Free
View flat-screen TV and DVD player.
Breakfast:
Scotland is renowned for its full cooked breakfast and we can guarantee
ours will not disappoint. Where possible we try to source all our produce
from local suppliers.
The reason for this is not only to support the local community but we
believe that our guests will be able to taste the difference.
Breakfast is served between 7-9am. Those departing early can request a
continental breakfast.

Golf Breaks:
As a member of the “Golf for Tourist Scheme” we can arrange
discounted golf on the following municipal courses: Belliesle, Seafield,
Dalmilling, Lochgreen, Darley, Fullarton, Girvan and Maybole.
These courses are suitable for both low to high handicappers and offer
fantastic value.
Book a golf package with us and receive a free airport pick up/drop off.
As well as dealing with your golf bookings we can also take care of organising
all transport to and from courses and any restaurant reservations.
Grange View also provides a complimentary washing and drying service as well as a secure golf club storage facility.

guests can take advantage of our off street parking to explore some of
Ayr’s best shops, bars and restaurants.
Grange View makes an excellent base for those attending a nearby wedding,
visiting Ayr racecourse or wishing to discover some of Robert Burns famous
poetry.
As a member of South Ayrshire Golf we can also offer golf packages with
reduced golf rates.
Shuttle Service:
A complimentary shuttle service is provided on request for guests arriving
/ departing from Prestwick Airport and Ayr train / bus station.
Airport:
Glasgow Prestwick International Airport is only 10 minutes drive from
Grange View. An excellent rail service runs from the airport into Ayr
town centre where we are only two minutes walk away. An airport drop off
/ pick up service is available on request.
