Ground floor suite with conservatory and sole access to the garden - Restricted mobility friendly double/twin en-suite room with conservatory, taking 4 star accommodation to a different level.
4 star surroundings at 2 star prices - Wireless business speed Wi-fi in all our rooms, including options for late and early check in and out. We will not be beaten for quality and price. As members of the Golf Hoteliers Association, special rates are available to guests for our special 3 and 5 day golf package deals.

Rooms/Facilities:
Craggallan has 5 individually styled en-suite bedrooms and one double room with private shower across the landing from the bedroom.
All of our luxury carpeted rooms have modern interiors with many of the period features retained including intricate Victorian cornicing still a feature throughout the Guesthouse.

Each room has a television, hair dryer, ironing facilities, hospitality tray and lots of those extras that will make your stay special including business speed Wi-Fi.

We have the option of double, twin and triple/large family rooms, some with sea views to Arran. We also have a ground floor suite with conservatory available.
Flexibility is guaranteed for the customer with both double or twin options available for the 5 en suite rooms.
Our rooms are re-decorated on a yearly basis to maintain their quality.

We can cater for your breakfast requests or you can let us serve you our special full home-cooked Scottish Breakfast which is served at a large oak table in our spacious dinning room.

Julie is a member of Golf South Ayrshire and can provide you with a booking service for the local municipal courses, and at your request could take all the stress out of your stay by arranging transport and tee times for your stay.
Craggallan is also a great base for exploring all that south-west Scotland has to offer and is just a short distance from the car and passenger ferries to Ireland and the enchanting Isle of Arran.

Craggallan also makes a comfortable and relaxing base for exploring the wonders of Burns Country, including Burns National Heritage Park or beautiful coastlines and countryside which are just a few minutes drive away.

There are rugged rocky cliffs and miles of fine sandy beaches, historic villages and ancient farmland set amid rolling green hills and meadows.

Craggallan is ideally located one street away from Ayr beach and the promenade, which you can see clearly from rooms 1 and 3 in the Guest House, and a 8 minute walk from the town centre. We are a family run business which will give you the homely environment, service and hospitality you would expect from 4 star accommodation. We also have a cosy guest lounge where you can relax on the comfortable settees and meet other guests.

We have some of the best restaurants within a few streets and minutes walk from our guest house in Ayr. These restaurants have been recommended by our guests and we frequently dine to ensure we endorse their product and service. We would be happy to help you with reservations.

We are members of the local hoteliers golf scheme and can take the hassle out of your trip and let us arrange everything for you with our special 3 and 5 day package specials, including, transport, tee-off times to suit all standards and budgets.

The network of paths provides access to a range of environments from beaches to wooded glens, hilltops to riverside strolls.
