BREAKFAST
Breakfast is 'the most important meal of the day' and therefore we try to make it the most interesting too..
As well as the usual Scottish suspects we also introduce a few unusual 'specials' to the menu such as
Fruit compote to the Highland porridge
Poached eggs on a toasted muffin with grilled bacon
Lightly scrambled eggs to the Scottish smoked salmon
Dried fruit compote, fresh fruit and a selection of yoghurts are always available on the buffet
Because we care - all the eggs are free range and the tea and caffeine coffee are Fair-Trade. The marmalade is traditionally hand-made in small batches at Moniack Castle near Inverness. The bacon, sausage and award winning black pudding all come from a local butcher.
