'Birchwood'
is a well appointed house in a tranquil location within easy walking distance
to the centre of the Aviemore village.
The emphasis throughout is on quality, style and comfort and ‘Birchwood’ makes an excellent base for the Spey Valley and Cairngorm mountain area for summer and winter holidays.
The house is fully equipped with modern appliances and is furnished to a very high standard. It has 4 bedrooms (two doubles and a single upstairs and a bunk room downstairs) and sleeps 7 in privacy.
Birchwood Accommodation
The flexible accommodation provides a lounge with Flat screen TV, Selected SKY channels, and Hi Fi, luxury dining kitchen with French doors to secluded garden area, two double bedrooms (one with en-suite shower and wash hand basin) and a single bedroom room upstairs and a further twin bedroom with bunk beds downstairs with additional TV and chairs.
There are two bathrooms, one en-suite to master bedroom, and a separate family shower room upstairs which has a high performance shower, toilet and wash hand basin. There is a cloakroom with toilet and wash hand basin downstairs also The kitchen is very well equipped with fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, ceramic hob cooker and TV and there is a covered patio area leading to the utility room which contains extra storage space and a tumble dryer.
The house has been fully decorated and refurnished in December 2005, the decor is modern and extremely comfortable with a well designed colour scheme and latest technical appliances.

1 mile. Past TIC on right carry on through the village until you reach
the sign on the right hand side to Dalfaber Golf and country Club. Turn
right here, go over the steam railway crossing. Take the second right
turn and take the second on the right again. This is Carn Sleamhainnn.
