Aberdeen City Centre Hotel Accommodation

14 en-suite rooms comprising 12 double, 1 single and 1 quadruple room. With the following in room facilities:

· 1 with double walk in shower
· 13 with double ended spa bath & shower

· 32" LCD TV with integrated DVD and freeview
· Modem port
· Wi-Fi

Apartments consists of the same facilities as above however have fully furnushed lounge and kitchen area.

A continental buffet breakfast comprising fresh fruits, hams, cheese's, yogurts, waffles, cereals, pancakes, fresh fruit juices and coffees is served every morning between the times of 7am and 10am and is included in the room rate.

Check in time is from 3pm and guests must be checked out by 11am on day of departure. late check outs may be made by prior arrangement and subject to an additional charge.

Hotel has limited parking which is free and for hotel guests only. Please call prior to arrival to check availability.

Smoking Policy
Guests are reminded that smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the building and that the recovery fee for guests who do not comply with this policy is £50 in order to cover the extensive cost of restoring guest rooms to a smoke-free condition and the loss of room revenue whilst this process takes place.

Pet Policy
Hotel operates a no pets policy.

Disability and accessibility to and within the hotel:
The hotel has 1 twin room to the rear of the hotel which is fully equipped for wheelchair users and is accessible from the car park area at ground level.

The room has a fully fitted 'wet room' equipped with grab rails both vertically and horizontally, a shower seat and an emergency assistance pull cord. Service dogs are allowed to enter/ stay at the hotel.

As breakfast is self service and situated on the floor above with no access to wheelchair users the hotel would be delighted to offer a room service breakfast made by prior arrangement.

From Aberdeen Railway Station Guild Street Aberdeen:
Head northwest - 141 ft, Turn right toward A93/Guild St - 190 ft; Turn left at A93/Guild St Continue to follow A93 - 0.1 mi; Continue on B983/Bridge St - 0.1 mi; Turn right at A9013/Union St - 0.1 mi; Turn left at Back Wynd - 187 ft; Turn left at Gaelic Ln - 236 ft; Turn right at Belmont St Destination will be on the left - 46 ft From A901.

Head northeast on A90 - 20.9 mi2. At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto B9077/Great Southern Rd heading to Altens Ind. Est. Go through 3 roundabouts - 1.3 mi3. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto A9013/Holburn St Continue to follow A9013 - 0.9 mi; Turn left at Back Wynd - 187 ft; Turn left at Gaelic Ln - 236 ft; Turn right at Belmont St Destination will be on the left - 46 ft.
