Each person crossing needs their own passport valid for at least 6 months with one clear page.

Passports that are expiring soon, torn, scruffy, damaged may be refused entry!

Also note for taking children across the border you will need a certified un-abridged birth certificate for each child.

There is accommodation all around the village of Ponta within walking distance (through the sand) to most things you will need and there are many places dotted along the coastline north of the village.
