Punta Rosa has 12 rooms and suites in 5 categories and 1 apartment. They’re all light, spacious and comfortable. They have names, not numbers, although there’s a contemporary tropical theme throughout, no two rooms is alike.

Which is exactly how we see our guests, as individuals and our employees. Many of whom have been with us since day one – will do everything they possibly can to make your stay exceptional.

All the rooms are air-conditioned and have a flat screen TV and DVD player (We have a library of DVDs you can borrow) and all the usual amenities you’d expect from a cool boutique hotel. Here they are in order.

Punta Playa
Punta Playa is one of our three Superior Rooms. There's a king-size platform bed and the bathroom has a spacious rain shower. The room is built at an angle facing the beach and is very bright and airy with a great view.

Punta Piedra
Punta Piedra is another Superior Room, facing the sea, also with king-size bed and the bathroom has a spacious rain shower.

Punta Eskina
Punta Eskina –third Superior Room is spacious , colourful corner room, king platform bed, facing ocean, buit in wardrobe, abaca rug and pacious rainshower.

Punta Coco
Punta Coco – one of our four Deluxe Rooms, Large Japanese platform bed. Built in wardrobe, vanity kit, huge minimalist bathroom with rain shower.

Punta Saging
Punta Saging – a very spacious Deluxe Room, with a big platform bed and a sofa for relaxing and watching TV. You can see the sea through the trees from the veranda.

Punta Cogon
Punta Cogon – Third Deluxe Room, top floor, really nice view of beach, built in wardrobe and native materials. Large bathroom with rain shower.

Punta Orange
Punta Orange – Fourth Deluxe Room, very similar to punta cogon.

Punta Cielo
Punta Cielo is one of the two Suites, rooftop of second building, unique bathroom open to the sky, contemporary design and terrace with 180 degree ocean / beach view.

Punta Vista
Punta Vista – Another Suite, king size bed, Japanese style, bath with rainshower and bath with bidet. Built in wardrobe, spacious living area, terrace with dining table and ocean view.

Punta Mare
Punta Mare is one of two the Premier Suites. Spacious comfortable living area, separate bedroom, minimalist tropical design and zen atmosphere. Large bathroom with double sink, huge rainshower and great view of beach from veranda.

Punta Rosa
Punta Rosa – another Premier Suite. Painted in old rose, very spacious, filipino insired, separate bedroom, double sinks, spacious shower and super amazing view of the beach.

Punta Terraza
Punta Terraza is our Family Suite. It’s on 2 levels each with a bedroom. The main floor bedroom has a big bathroom with rain shower and a terrace with dining table. The upper floor is a loft bedroom with its own ocean-facing veranda.

Punta Amo Apartment
This is the owner's private apartment which occupies an entire floor -75 m², just below the rooftop terrace. There's a bedroom, huge bathroom with bathtub, rain shower, living room, a study and a huge private terrace with both open and covered sections. The latter housing a large day bed.

Eating and Drinking at Punta Rosa:

Breakfast
Breakfast is always included in your room rate at Punta Rosa and it's served on our rooftop terrace. It's not the usual breakfast buffet but rather cooked-to-order from the menu or if you have a special request we can do that too.

Lunch and Dinner
We will serve you lunch and dinner too if you like. Because we are a small hotel and there are so many dining options on Boracay, we prepare meals on request. So if you feel like staying in for dinner one evening, tell us around lunchtime.

The Restaurant
If it's not outdoor weather – even in paradise, it rains from time to time – we serve meals in our indoor restaurant, which you can also book for private parties.
