Each apartments and bungalows were built in simplicity and elegance.They are fully furnished with american style kitchen. One bedroom self contained furnished apartments.

Bungalows- Fully furnished, newly built with Panasonic Split-type aircon in bedrooms and living area. Fully fitted American style kitchen which includes full Oven cooker, Microwave, Refrigerator and Frost Free Freezer, Toaster, Rice Cooker with granite kitchen counter top. Terrace with lights, ceiling fan and furniture. Elegant bathroom with hot/cold shower. TV, DVD Player, Wireless Internet connection. Housekeeping is twice (2x) a week. Laundry service is available. Garage. 

Executive Bungalow- 2 double bedrooms, split aircon in bedrooms, living, dining, kitchen area. Bathroom with hot and cold water shower. Kitchen with european units, full oven and hob, mocro wave oven, toaster oven, kettle, rice cooker, cultery, crockery, pans etch.

Living area with 43 samsung tv, hdmi dvd player, luxury sofa set, etch. Terrace with fan, table and 4 chairs. Free wifi through out the resort. Free water. No community charges, standby generator, night security guard, maid service twice weekly included, gardener included, laundry service at small extra charge.

Swimming Pool- relax at the pool side or practice your breast stroke and feel cool when you emerge from our swimming pol, idea for a recreational spot for everyone.

Directions to Olivia Resort Homes

If your point of origin is outside the Philippines you can take a flight either from Manila or Cebu before you go for a next flight or boat ride to Bohol. A domestic flight from Manila to Tagbilaran flights will take you 1 hour and 15 minutes. Arriving in Tagbilaran Airport you can ride a van or bus going to the hotel. Olivia Resort Homes is a 25 minutes drive from Tagbilaran City.

The second option is to take a flight from Manila to Cebu which is 45 minutes. After getting out to Cebu airport ride a taxi going to Pier 4 and take a ferry going to Tagbilaran seaport. Fast craft ferries would take one and a half hours while regular ones is four hours. Arriving at Tagbilaran seaport you can ride a van or bus going to the hotel which is just 25 minutes.
