Originally build as vacation house in 2003, this spacious beach house is located in station 2, which is the fun center of the island, It is a short walk to the popular D'Mall, Tourist Center, Talipapa Market, and to many restaurants and bars in Boracay Island.

IL Portico will offer you a clean and comfortable accommodation like a hotel, but in addition, it will provide you a family atmosphere, a personalized service, and hospitality like you are in your home. It has a living room, dining room, and a kitchen that are open to all guests.

All rooms have 2 beds (queen or twin size), and some rooms can accommodate 6 to 8 persons. Executive rooms are approximately 380 sq. ft. and the family room is approximately 400 sq. ft.

Direct flights from Manila to Caticlan (AirPhil Express, Cebu Pacific, Seair, Zest Air) and Kalibo (Cebu Pacific, Philippine Airlines, Zest Air) are available daily.
If coming from Caticlan, proceed to the Caticlan Jetty Port to catch a boat ride to Cagban or Tambisaan Jetty Port in Boracay (depending on weather condition).
If coming from Kalibo, take an air-conditioned bus or shuttle (approximately 60-90 minutes) going to Caticlan Jetty Port to catch a boat ride to Cagban or Tambisaan Jetty Port in Boracay.
Direct flights from Cebu and Caticlan are also available though Airphil Express and Cebu Pacific, while Clark to Kalibo via Air Asia.
