Staffs are very friendly, warm and nice. The room is spacious. Pillows and mattress are soft so you can have sleep during your stay. The Baguio hotel is also very safe since they have cctv everywhere. As in, everywhere. All corners.. from the lobby to the dining area, to the elevator, hallways…everywhere. Location wise.. perfect. very near SM and also,its located just right above session road, you can just walk going down. we even walked going to burnham park.
