Balayko-op Pensionne is located within the PCF building which is 4-storey structure designed as an environment-friendly through the maximum use of natural light and ventilation. We’re implementing a “No Smoking” policy within PCF Building area to protect and enhance our indoor air quality, to contribute to the health, well being of our guest, clients and employees.

Offering a peaceful and home-like ambiance, BalayKo-op is suitable for business and leisure travelers at a very affordable price. It features 16 spacious rooms and suites designed to ensure a pleasant stay for the guests.

All rooms are well-furnished, comfortable, and equipped with modern facilities including air-conditioning, cable TV, telephone service and private toilet with hot and cold shower.
