Reviews of Seo Ra Beol Grand Leisure Hotel in Zambales Philippines

The rooms are nice and comfortable, but the water in the shower went cold a couple of times. I asked the staff to please help me and they didn't really seem to care. It was an alright stay apart from the shower situation and unfriendly staff. Management needs to step in and train them.

I booked two deluxe rooms and the check in was fast and efficient. The rooms were perfectly spacious and clean. The pool was a big hit with the kids. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. I want to thank all the staff at the Seo Ra Beol Grand Leisure Hotel for making us all feel so welcome!
