The Service Was Superb |

I love how they treat their guests. Honest and very
accommodating staff and the service is superb. We booked a family
room good for 4 people and it was huge with complete basic bathroom
necessities. The room and the bathroom were clean. WiFi was working
very well in our rooms but drops when we are at the reception area
which is located in front of the inn. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our
stay here and we would definitely come back here again.

Home Away From Home |

My family stayed in this bed and breakfast and It
was really a home away from home experience. It felt like we were
in our own home. It is so clean, the staff were were warm, especially
the manager. Thank you for your brand of hospitality and warmth.
We enjoyed our stay.

Nestled In A Very Quiet
Neighborhood |
| Nestled in a very quiet neighbourhood, yet, within
a walking distance to busy Rizal Avenue, where Kalui restaurant
is located. The pension setting is very warm and the rooms were
very clean. Malu has been very helpful in organising our tours which
we enjoyed immensely. |

Great service and Malu is very efficient in arranging
our excursions and restaurant reservations. She is always available
to accommodate guests' concerns and needs. Very warm and friendly.
The best ever in our travels. Matutina is conveniently located in
the heart of the city. Unbeatable for the value of your money.

| A place which gives one the feeling of being home.
Very friendly and helpful personnel, neat, clean and well kept rooms.
Beautifully located in an almost colonial style house and it is
a walking distance to marketplaces, cathedral and baywalk. |
