Reviews of Grande Vista Hotel in Puerto Princesa Philippines

The staff was accommodating and I loved the breakfast that they serve every morning. The rooms are spacious and very well maintained. Definitely a total relaxing experience.

We stayed just for 1 night but have been positive surprised. A modern hotel in the middle of the city with a stunning view from top of the hotel. There is a nice little pool on top. The rooms are big and nicely designed. A welcome board at reception with the names of people arriving on the day is nice. All in all, good value for money.

This was the second hotel I stayed in Puerto Princesa. This hotel was nice inside even though the outside neighbourhood looked dodgy to me when we pulled up. In the end the area was safe enough as I walked from downtown to the hotel on several nights and never had any issues. The room had cable TV with plenty of channels.

Very good customer service.They had interns at that time of our stay, but they work like professionals. The staff are very respectful and attended to our needs quickly. Me and my family of 6 had a good experience in this hotel and will definitely come back.

It is an economy hotel as rated by the Department of Tourism but the staff is equivalent to a 5 star hotel. Very accommodating, approachable, kind and proactive. The hotel itself has very good amenities with reasonable price, clean rooms and a convenient store having reasonable prices of its goods.
