Reviews of Fersal Hotel in Puerto Princesa Philippines

The room is clean and the beds were nice, only lacking some toiletries. The hotel is conveniently located because Puerta Princesa is not a big city and tricycle rides are plentiful and cheap. Reception and housekeeping employees are bubbly and helpful. There is a tour agency at lower level for your excurison trip booking.

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel staff gladly stored our luggage in between these 2 nights while we travelled up to El Nido. What we appreciated the most about this hotel was how friendly the staff were. The hotel manager introduced himself right away and was always ensuring we had everything we needed. Everyone else that we encountered were just as pleasant. The rooms are clean and comfortable. It is a new hotel so everything is spic and span. The hotel is literally across the street from the airport so we found the location very convenient.

The staff are so helpful and friendly. On coming out of the airport terminal we were hassled by some quite aggressive tricycle drivers. The reception staff at the Fersal were happy to phone for us and allowed us to wait in their very nice lounge area. We were left with a very positive impression of the establishment.

Very quiet, nice room and a very good restaurant. Great location and easy walking distance from the airport. Transportation to other locations in the city is cheap and readily available. The best coffee, better than what I make for myself at home. A very attentive staff. The tours exceeded my expectations, especially the city tour.

Hotel is just across the street from the airport. Rooms are spacious and free WiFi in the lobby. The included breakfast was wonderful, so was lunch and dinner! Service is great. All of the hotel and restaurant employees are very hospitable, helpful and accommodating. Everyone greeted us every time. We went to the Underground River, did Honda Bay island hopping and the city tour. Thank you Fersal Hotel for the wonderful stay.
