Very nice guesthouse. Our room was on the far side of the little grassed courtyard area, so it was nice and quiet. Staff were friendly and helped us organise a city tour with one of their drivers. Room was clean and airy. Good location about 10 minutes walk to the main market area and about 20 to 25 minutes walk or short tricycle ride to Baywalk area.

Stayed for 4 days with my 2 friends which are husband and wife, so I had my own room. I requested my room to be next to the couple's but unfortunately there was no single bed room available next to them. I paid for a single room but they gave me a room good for 2, so I had a twin size bed which I think was awesome. Clean bedroom and toilet. The staff are accomodating and polite. The place is quiet and peaceful. The only thing that I did not like is the WiFi was not working that time, but overall this is such a good and budget friendly penthouse.

The receptionist is nice and the place is very clean. Towels provided, shower with warm water.
One thing though, breakfast is served was too little, for an average appetite you might ask for 2 plates . I hope they will improve with the meals and serving portions. The place is pretty nice too.

The staff are very welcoming and hospitable. Location is accessible to banks and restaurants. Its near the Rizal avenue. They do define the great customer service for me. Me and my family felt very relaxed even though we request room service from time to time because we have an infant onboard.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Truly service with a smile and pick up from the airport is free. Homey and relaxing ambiance feels like coming home after a busy and tiring city tour. TV signal is limited, My room has no cable TV.
