Poor Customer Service |
| The hotel was good except breakfast. I went to restaurant,
seated myself and waited and waited. It was like I was invisible,
the staff totally ignored me. Not once did they approach me. Served
others that entered after me. After 15 minutes I had to leave to
go to a meeting. Not my first stay here but definitely my last. |

Good Value For Money |
| Hotel Essenica is a good value for money. The room
was big enough with a private fridge. A little noisy because of
street traffic and breakfast was good. |

Centrally Located |
|
This is a nice hotel, centrally located and the rooms
are clean and modern. Very safe, secure place and only good for
overnight stopover. |

The Air Condition Was
Cold |
|
The air condition in our room was cold enough and
the bed was so hard. There is no bar in the hotel, so to get a drink
of any kind you will have to walk down to the waterfront, about
10 minutes away. |

Very Comfortable Bed |
|
The room was a nice respite after a tiring day at
the beach or ocean. The bed was comfortable and internet connection
was fast. The shower was working. Cable TV and refrigerator to store
food. On our last day, I got us the room with plated breakfast but
the breakfast was not good. It was a good decision not to get the
rooms with breakfast on our first two days. |
