The Deluxe rooms were more than comfortable enough.
The buffet breakfast was very good value. All the staff were very
friendly. You can get about everywhere in the city, easily by either;
taxi, tricycle or Jeepney. |

No Early Check-In |
|
We stayed in a deluxe room and the air condition
did not work properly. There was no breakfast included and on the
internet it says there is a bath tub in the room, but there is no
bath tub only the shower. They do not offer early check-in nad they
know the most flights into Bacolod arrives at 6 am.

Elegant And Classy |

The rooms are clean, very elegant and classy. The
food and the room services were great and the food was delicious.
I would recommend deluxe room to everyone who loves class and elegance,
It is just so perfect. The interiors of the hotel are exquisite.

Very Accommodating Staff |
|
Stayed at this hotel with friends and the room was
spacious. The front desk was accommodating, we waited an hour before
we could check-in, we were at the hotel around 1pm but the room
was not available until 3pm but the staff offered a late check-out
the following day. Overall a great stay. |

It Is A Great Place |
|
It is a great place, but the local patrons tend to
be very noisy. I just endured three days of screaming kids, and
though I complained many times it never stopped. Very inconsiderate
people who need to realize two things, they are not at home, and
not everyone thinks their kids are adorable. |
