The Room Was Efficient |
|
The room was efficient, free breakfast was included
and I cannot say enough about the staff. We were not given room
keys, I believe there was a cost, so any time you needed to get
back into your room the staff were immediately there to let you
in. I have never been to Manila before but would definitely stay
here again. |

Cockroaches In The Bathroom |
|
Got cockroaches in the bathroom. We asked for the
room to be cleaned but when we got back, there is still a roach
in the bathroom. Not a very good place to stay, honestly. The complementary
breakfast is not that good as well. They also forgot to give us
our complementary bottled water. |

No Windows In The Room |
| It is an hour hotel, no reception even if the staff
is ready and helpful. No windows in the room, very bad location
in a very poorly lighted street. Poor cleaning of the rooms, not
very good value for the price of the room. |

Food Was Overpriced |
|
Our room was not ready when we checked-in and it took time to find our reservation.
Had no hot water and the in-room hair dryer was in a drawer. Food
was overpriced and not worth the money. One positive is the location
as it is close to bars and restaurants. |

A Short Time Hotel |
|
This is a short time hotel. I chose the standard
room and the room was clean and big enough but it is located on
the second level with no elevators. You do not hold the room keys
but the staff do. The staff is friendly though but sometimes they
may be overstretch, so be patient with them.
